Accountant

The Enter Technikwelt in Derendingen Solothurn is the largest interactive museum in Switzerland for analog and digital technology, including a large restaurant, shop, event hall, auditorium, classroom, and 8000m² of exhibition space. Unique collections make the rapid development up to the present day tangible for all generations. Annually, 200 internal and external events and workshops create exciting platforms and bring interest groups together.

You will handle all questions related to accounting (accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll accounting for 20 people) for our approximately 4 companies (Enter Foundation, Enter Entertainment GmbH, Enter Classic Technics AG, Soku Invest AG) and about 4 associations, all using Bexio.

Main Activities

• Record all documents, prepare payments, process incoming payments, expense processing
• Monthly payroll processing, maintenance of master data
• Check cash register closures (all registers book online into Bexio)
• Create periodic reports such as VAT, AHV, BVG
• Assist with financial statements and annual reports
• General administrative tasks in accounting

You Bring

• Commercial training, completed training in accounting with FA
• Experience in managing the accounting of an SME
• Enjoy working with numbers and precise work methods
• Enjoy working in a museum/event environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Residence in the greater Solothurn area (20km), ensuring a short commute
