Autophon AG, founded in 1922, shaped Swiss telecommunications history for decades and employed around 6,000 people in 1986. With the merger of Autophon, Hasler, Zellweger, and Gfeller into Ascom AG in 1987, the largest telecommunications company in Switzerland at the time was created. To honor this significant company history and promote the exchange of former Autophon employees, we cordially invite you to Autophon Day.

10:00–10:20 AM: Arrival
10:20–10:30 AM: Welcome address by Johannes Zaugg, Dipl. El. Ing. ETHZ and former Director of Autophon AG
10:30–11:30 AM: Lecture by Felix Kunz (Museum Founder, former Autophon FEAM Foundation): History and Devices of Autophon/Ascom AG 1922–2025
11:30 AM–12:00 PM: Lecture by a former Autophon employee
12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch (Buffet)
1:00–2:30 PM: Tours of the permanent exhibition of Enter Technikwelt with a focus on telecommunications & computer history
2:30–3:00 PM: Lecture: Hasler, Zellweger, Gfeller, and the Merger into Ascom AG
3:00–5:00 PM: Snack and free museum visit
